While Mercedes-AMG is best known for its cars, it also sells several different lifestyle products, and these are the three latest. Consisting of a regular wristwatch, as well as two different chronographs, they’ll be perfect for those who want to carry around a small piece of AMG wherever they go.
The three timepieces will be available exclusively through Mercedes-Benz dealerships worldwide and start with the not-so-creatively-named AMG Automatic Chronograph, Business. It features a Swiss SW500 automatic calibre from Sellita, a perlage finish, and a sapphire crystal case back.

The chronograph has a diameter of 43.5 mm, is water-resistant to 5 atmospheres, and the movement operates at 48,000 vibrations per hour. It also comes standard with a titanium bracelet, its face is protected by sapphire crystal, includes red accents, and has a small AMG logo.
Mercedes-AMG Automatic Chronograph Business
The second watch is known as the AMG Watch, Essentials Chronograph. It has a Swiss Ronda 5030 quartz movement with a stopwatch function and is made from a combination of titanium and stainless steel. It also uses sapphire crystal and is water-resistant to 5 atmospheres. The face looks quite similar to the business version, complete with red and an AMG badge.
Rounding out the collection is the AMG Watch, Essentials. Mercedes says it has a “striking tapered shape reminiscent of the aerodynamic rear of the Vision AMG,” although we can’t see it. There’s also a black ceramic bezel, black stainless steel center, and titanium throughout. The face can glow in the dark and offers the same level of water resistance as the two chronographs.
A browse online indicates that Mercedes dealerships in Europe are selling the Business chronograph for €2,500 ($2,900), while the Essentials chronograph is €795 ($930), and the more basic one is €750 ($875). This is a lot of money for a watch, but it’s obviously a lot cheaper than buying a car from AMG.
