Pagani’s $30 Million Penthouse Comes With A Hypercar Money Can’t Buy
  • The penthouses at the Pagani Residences have been revealed.
  • They cost roughly $30 million and span up to 12,200 square feet.
  • Both come with an exclusive Pagani Utopia Roadster Miami Edition.

The Pagani Residences in North Bay Village, Florida blend exclusivity with elegance as pricing starts at $3.7 million. However, they’re kicking things up a notch by unveiling two pricey penthouses that are priced at $28.5 and $30 million.

Designed to offer a blend of architectural innovation and Italian artistry, the penthouses span the 28th and 29th floors. Both have 13-foot ceilings, ensuite elevators, and “sweeping terraces framing panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.”

Buyers will also find light oak flooring with metal inlays as well as travertine on the second floor. The two levels are connected by a swirling staircase, which features travertine and oak as well as white lacquered metal details.

Elsewhere, there are Schiffini Magistretti kitchens with Gaggenau appliances. Customers can choose their preferred flooring, but both have a 365-bottle wine wall.

When nature calls, you’ll find elegant bathrooms with “Pagani’s 1000 lines in honed travertine.” They’re joined by Gessi Cesello fixtures and shower spouts with body jets in the master bedroom.

While the two penthouses have a lot in common, size sets them apart. The $30 million penthouse has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It spans a total of 12,200 square feet including over 5,200 square feet of outdoor living area.

The $28.5 million penthouse is notably smaller at 10,700 square feet with 6,100 square feet dedicated to indoor living. Given the reduced dimensions, it only has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Both penthouses are obscenely expensive, but they come with some pretty cool perks. The most notable is a Pagani Utopia Roadster Miami Edition.

Personally designed by Horacio Pagani, the car features a bespoke blue exterior inspired by the city’s “endless sea and sky.” Besides an exclusive car, penthouse buyers will be flown to Modena, Italy for a private tour of the Horacio Pagani Museum. They’ll also check out the Pagani Atelier as well as have a personal meeting with Horacio Pagani himself.

Penthouse owners will also have the option of parking their car in a private garage at the Pagani Residences. However, this isn’t included in the purchase price.

Owners can also experience the tower’s other amenities, which include a gym and a spa. Other highlights include a “restorative” lounge as well as a rooftop pool area with cabanas and hot and cold plunges.
