Toyota and Daihatsu have rolled out model year updates for their co-developed Roomy and Thor minivans in Japan, including upgraded safety features, more standard equipment, and new colors. The twin models measure 3,700 mm (145.7 in) long and are positioned in the subcompact segment right above kei-sized wagons. They were originally introduced in 2016 and received a facelift in 2020. The 2026 update doesn’t bring any changes to the exterior design, which is still available in two variations with a different face depending on the trim level.
